Introducing Zenya in 2024 as an alternative Bengaline fabric quality to our bestselling pant collection has given us the freedom to explore a wider colour palette, more detailed styling and appeal to customers who don’t love the “swish” noise that our Heritage quality makes as you walk.

WHY IS IT GREAT?

• We will offer both qualities continuously as they complement each other, and styling won’t be replicated across. The Heritage range will not change each season, whereas Zenya’s styling and colour palette will.

WHAT IS RESORT HAMMERED CREPE?

Resort is a hammered crepe cloth that has a slightly textured appearance and loves to avoid irons! The composition of 100% polyester is one to be celebrated rather than avoided, as it means that the fabric will not deteriorate in colour, weight, or appearance, no matter the frequency of wash and wear. We designed this fabric to last.

WHY IS IT GREAT? 

• Plain fabrics need to be the absolute premium to maintain their luxe look and give the overall feel of quiet luxury. The subtle texture of this cloth nails that brief.
• The density of the cloth ensures that it is not transparent, even in white, and will have a fabulous drape in the styles on offer and benefits from being lovely and soft to the touch.

Our Ruby fabric, a premium stretch satin, offers a luxurious feel and a sleek, polished look. Satin, known for its glossy surface and dull back, is a weaving technique that creates an elegant, light-reflecting fabric. Ruby benefits from being a polyester-based satin, providing improved durability and is snag and fray repellent.

WHAT IS SPARKLE SEQUIN MESH?

Sequin discs sewn onto a mesh base fabric in lapped rows for extra light reflection and bling. The fact that the base is mesh rather than a heavier jersey means that the overall weight of the fabric isn’t too heavy to wear and has multi stretch for comfort and movement on the body. 

WHY IS IT GREAT?

• Who doesn’t love to shimmer and shine? We strongly believe that you shouldn’t save your sparkles just for a special occasion, so we have a beautiful, wearable and, most importantly, washable sequin embroidered fabric that has become our signature event cloth. 
• Although the fabric officially states Hand Wash, the team have been successfully machine washing theirs – just remember to turn inside out and use a lingerie bag and a cold, quick and gentle cycle to keep the shine!

WHAT IS VIVA PREMIUM PONTE?

Ponte, sometimes also known as Ponti Roma, was named by the Italians who invented the stitch technique used to create it. It is a double-knit fabric that is loved for its structure, comfort stretch, and subtle sheen. It’s a cloth that feels luxurious on the body, while maintaining a strong silhouette and clean lines.

WHY IS IT GREAT?

• To create ponte, it is necessary to combine a tri-blend of yarns such as cotton, viscose/rayon or polyester alongside a nylon, and a stretch elastane/Spandex.
• Our Ponte is a rayon blend, with a compact finishing technique that stabilises shrinkage and a depth of colour that will remain, which would not be the case with a cotton mix quality.
• It is much heavier than the jersey we offer in our Foundation slinky jersey collection, at 380gsm, and with that weight comes breathable warmth and high-functioning stretch recovery.
• Offered across a medley of shapes in each of our Autumn Winter collections, and always in black, we are confident you’ll love, wear, wash, and repeat these pieces frequently.

Husky Bengaline Inner Warmth is a Bengaline woven pant stretch fabric, with a brushed back inner for comfort and warmth.

The soft touch against the skin feels delightful and snuggly and without hindering the stretch or recovery of the cloth, meaning the pants hold their shape for all day wear

WHY IS IT GREAT?

• The additional beauty of this cloth which we developed, is that it brings warmth without weight.
• In cool climates, the last thing you want to feel is “bulked up” especially in pants so this fabric is designed to be as light as our usual Bengaline weight but still provide warmth along with the comfort.
• As the brushed warmth is on the inside, the hug sensation can be your own secret!
