Shipping and Despatch

Thank you for your order; we really do appreciate your support for our Australian designed, owned and made fashion label.

We aim to get your order on its way to you as soon as possible because we know how keen you will be to wear your new Philosophy Australia pieces!

DAILY DESPATCH

• Orders are despatched every morning Monday to Friday. Orders made on the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.
• Orders made on public holidays and seasonal office closures will be despatched on the first business day that we reopen.
• Orders received before 8am will likely be despatched the same day.
  
• Please note that changes cannot be made once orders have been placed.

SHIPPING CARRIER

• We partner with Australia Post as our shipping carrier. That means your order can be sent to your home address, business address, PO Box or Parcel Locker within  Australia.
• We suggest downloading the Australia Post app to receive delivery progress notifications, set delivery preferences, and track your order for Australian addresses
• All international orders are despatched via Australia Post with international tracked shipping.

TRACKING

• We will provide you with an order confirmation email upon purchase, and a shipping confirmation email with Australia Post tracking info upon despatch. 

DELAYS

• Postage may be delayed during public holidays, and any delays are unfortunately out of our control, especially during public holidays and busy periods.
