SHIPPING

Thank you for your order! We aim to get on its way to you in two business days because we know how keen you will be to get your new Philosophy Australia goodies!

Despatch and postage may be delayed during public holidays.

The flat rate for Australia wide shipping is $10. Standard Australian shipping is free with purchases $250 plus. Spend $350 plus and you will receive free Express Australian shipping.

The flat rate for shipping to New Zealand and the United Kingdom is $30 AUD. There are no postal discounts for NZ or the UK.

Spend $500 AUD or more and we will include a free gift with your parcel. This is applicable for orders to Australia, NZ and the UK.

We accept orders for Australian, New Zealand and UK delivery addresses.

 

RETURNS SHIPPING

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping to return items. Please ensure that you use a trackable shipping service and/or consider registered post. If a package does not reach us safely, we will be unable to complete the refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
