LOYALTY CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.   Program Overview

The Philosophy Australia Loyalty Club ("Program") is operated by Philosophy Australia and powered by Growave. By participating in the Program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2.    Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to participate
  • You must have a valid account with Philosophy Australia
  • Only one account per person is permitted
  • Employees and immediate family members may be excluded at our discretion

3.   Membership Tiers

  • The Loyalty Club has four membership tiers based on annual spending.
  • Your spend is calculated on your order total less discounts, GST / taxes and shipping.
  • Your tier is calculated based on your total spend per 365 days period, from the Program commencement date of 6/3/2026.

Bronze Tier

Qualification: $0 - $299 spend per 365 days period

Benefits:

  • 500 Points for becoming a member
  • 2 points earned every $1 spent
  • 10% off welcome reward
  • $10 birthday voucher
  • 10% off on your PHILO-versary
  • Early access to sales and product launches

Silver Tier

Qualification: $300 - $899 spend per 365 days period

Benefits:

  • 1000 bonus points
  • 3 points earned every $1 spent
  • 15% off next year reward
  • $15 birthday voucher
  • 15% off on your PHILO-versary
  • Early access to sales and product launches

Gold Tier

Qualification: $900 - $1999 spend per 365 days period

Benefits:

  • 2000 bonus points
  • 4 points earned every $1 spent
  • 15% off next year reward
  • $35 birthday voucher
  • 20% off on your PHILO-versary
  • Free standard shipping
  • Early access to sales and product launches

Platinum Tier

Qualification: $2000+ spend per 365 days period

Benefits:

  • 3000 bonus points
  • 5 points earned every $1 spent
  • 20% off next year reward
  • $60 birthday voucher
  • 25% off on your PHILO-versary
  • Free Christmas gift
  • Free express shipping
  • Early access to sales and product launches

4.   Earning Points

Points are earned based on your membership tier as outlined above. Additional ways to earn points may include:

  • Creating an account
  • Writing product reviews
  • Referring friends
  • Following us on social media
  • Other promotional activities as announced

5.   Redeeming Points and Rewards

  • Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases
  • Points cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless stated otherwise
  • Points and rewards must be redeemed before checkout is completed.
  • If you omitted to add your reward code at checkout, we cannot refund you for this value. You can use this discount code on your next order.
  • Redeemed rewards cannot be refunded or transferred to another order if an order is returned.
  • Birthday vouchers and PHILO-versary rewards are automatically applied to eligible accounts

6.  Point Expiration

  • Points expire 12 months after earning if no account activity occurs
  • We will notify you before points expire
  • Expired points cannot be reinstated

7.   Tier Qualification and Maintenance

  • Tier status is calculated based on total annual spend within a year (commencing from 6/3/2026, rolling 365 days)
  • Your tier may be adjusted at the start of each new 365 rolling day period based on the previous year's spending
  • Bonus points for reaching a new tier are awarded once per tier level

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these terms
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Abuse the referral system
  • Create multiple accounts

9. Program Changes and Termination

  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Program at any point
  • We may change point values, redemption rates, tier qualifications, or earning opportunities with reasonable notice
  • Changes will be communicated via email or on our website
  • In the event of program termination, we will provide reasonable notice and instructions for redeeming existing points

10. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to receiving promotional communications about the Program.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Points and rewards have no cash value
  • We are not responsible for technical issues that prevent earning or redeeming points
  • We reserve the right to adjust point balances if errors occur
  • Free shipping benefits apply to standard or express shipping as specified by tier and are subject to our standard shipping terms

12. General

  • These terms are governed by Australian law
  • We reserve final decision-making authority on all Program matters
