Returns + REFUNDS

  • Once you receive your order, we hope its perfect for you, but if it’s not quite right please email us within 14 days from receipt of your order at customersupport@philosophyaustralia.com.au to request a return. Please include your order number, and your reason for return.
  • We are unable to offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that we will have your size and colour in stock.
  • Your item/s must have swing tags attached, be unworn and with no makeup stains, deodorant marks or odours.
  • Please ensure you use a trackable method to return your item/s to us. We recommend using a prepaid Australia Post satchel which includes tracking.
  • We are unable to provide a refund for items lost in the mail.
  • Sale styles are sold as final purchase and no returns will be accepted, nor will refunds will be made.
  • Please complete your customer card, and include in your parcel, so we can process your return and refund as quickly and efficiently as possible.
  • Once we receive your item/s, we will inspect it, then refund via your original method of payment within two business days.
