Magic Fit is a sizing tool that works with your measurements, to recommend the best size for you. Created by the team behind Citizen Wolf, and backed by years of fitting and sizing on customers, this innovative tool will make it easier for you to get the right fit the first time. Now that's magic!
Currently set up for our key Bengaline pant styles, and will be rolling it out to cover more of our styles.Â

We are proud to have 100% of our products made by us from design to despatch in Sydney, Australia. They are produced in a couture method of one machinist, one garment, which helps to ensure consistency. Each and every piece is made with love.
- Our styles are designed to move and flatter, and adhere to our design philosophy of easy wear, easy care, wear anywhere.
- All of our patterns are created in house, in collaboration with our designer and pattern maker. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail with regards to fit and ensure that each and every style we create has maximum comfort in mind, yet will still fit to perfection.
- Generally, we consider our styles to be on the generous side as almost all of our fabrics offer some kind of mechanical stretch. You can size down comfortably if you are between sizes, or if you prefer a neater fit. Stay with your usual size in our non-stretch fabrics or more fitted styles.
- When taking your measurements it is helpful to have a friend to assist you, as you must ensure that the tape measure remains level around your body.
- Hold the tape measure close against you, but not tightly.
Bust - Measure at your personal fullest part
Waist - Measure just above your belly button, at your natural waistline
Hips - Measure at your personal widest part be that at your top hip, low hip or across thighs.
- It is very common to be a mix of sizes through your torso, so you should pick the size you feel will accommodate your measurements the closest and that will depend on the garment.

DAILY DESPATCH
- Orders are despatched every morning Monday to Friday, orders made on the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.
- Please note that changes cannot be made once orders have been placed.

- Postage may be delayed during public holidays, and any delays are unfortunately out of our control, especially during public holidays and busy periods.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY
- Returns are accepted for 30 days from date of despatch of your order.
- Sale styles are sold as final purchase and cannot be returned.
- Your item/s must have swing tags attached, be unworn, not laundered or drycleaned, and with no makeup stains, fluff or pet hair, deodorant marks or odours.
- We reserve the right to not refund if your return does not meet these conditions.

HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST

- You will receive an email advising that your return request has been authorised
- Fill out the customer card enclosed with your order and include it in your return parcel.
- You are responsible for your own return shipping. We do not provide a return label.
RETURNS SHIPPING
- You are responsible for paying for your own shipping to return items.Â
- Please ensure that you use a trackable method to return your item/s to us.
- We recommend using a prepaid Australia Post satchel, which includes tracking.
- If a package does not reach us safely, we will be unable to complete the refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We are unable to provide a refund for parcels lost in the mail.

REFUNDS
- Once your return parcel has been received and processed by us, and meets our conditions of return, we will issue you a refund.
- Your refund will be made to your original method of payment.
- Please allow up to three business days for your refund to be processed once your return parcel has been delivered to our warehouse.
EXCHANGES
- As we are unable to guarantee that your required size or colour will be available, we don't offer exchanges.Â
- We suggest submitting a return request online and then ordering your replacement size as soon as you can, which we will despatch to you within two business days.Â
FAULTY ITEMS
- We are very proud of the quality of our beautiful Australian-made fashion, but our wonderful makers and QC specialists are humans, not robots, which means very occasionally something may slip through. This is a very rare occurence.
- If you have a garment that you consider may be faulty, please email us at customersupport@philosophyaustralia.com.au with your name, order number, details of the issue you're concerned about, and photographs of the item.
- We will undertake our review process from your email, if possible.
- If not able to be determined from your photographs, we will send you a postage label to return to our office for further review and inspection.
- If the item has been deemed to be faulty, we will undertake repairs and return to you. If not able to be repaired, we will post you a replacement item. If sold out, we will refund you to your original method of payment.

A - Sorry, we don't offer exchanges as we can't guarantee availability of your desired size or colour. But we provide a refund so you can repurchase.
Q - How much is shipping?
A - $10 flat rate standard shipping, $15 flat rate express shipping and $20 flat rate for NZ. Standard shipping is complimentary on orders over $200. Express shipping is complimentary on orders over $400.

A - We can only ship orders to Australia, New Zealand and UK delivery addresses.
