We offer beautiful women’s clothing for every body. Our stores are located at Cleveland and Manly, Bayside suburbs of Brisbane.
Our style is everyday casual elegance, and we know that this kind of dressing perfectly suits the Australian woman’s lifestyle. We decided that style and comfort should not be mutually exclusive, and style should be available to every woman, whatever her age, size, or shape.
What is your customer profile?
We have a wide range of customers but find our clothing is best suited to ages 25 plus.
What sets your boutique apart?
We pride ourselves on stocking brands well, our customers know that they can rely on us to support the brands we stock and offer a large range of sizes and shapes that suits many women. We carefully select primarily Australian and New Zealand brands that speak to our ‘casual elegance’ ethos.
They often cater to the climate of a balmy Queensland summer or can be layered to weather a cool breeze. Trans-seasonal items made well in natural or breathable fibres.
It’s important to us that women can find good quality stylish clothing that last through the seasons. We offer an extensive selection of pieces which can be invested in as part of a capsule wardrobe.
At Labels by the Bay, we are passionate about more than just selling you an item of clothing. We listen to your needs and help to style you in pieces that work with your age, colouring, body shape and your lifestyle.

We have many customers who pop in-store just for a hello. We always take the time to touch base and connect whenever we can.

Apart from your stores, how else do you market your products?
We have a fantastic online store which has a loyal customer base. Our new arrivals are updated every week, along with great buys on end of season pieces. We use Instagram and Facebook to connect with our customers most days.

What are the best things to do in your locations?
As we are in two of Brisbane’s beautiful bayside areas, we find that customers tend to ‘make a day of it’ when visiting us and taking advantage of the fabulous array of other retailers and cafes nearby.
