At Boutique Mon Ami Findon, we proudly offer a blend of Australian and international labels that have a classic but modern twist, to ensure an effortlessly stylish offer.

We cover all looks and cater to all sizes and shapes.

What is your customer profile?

No age, just a customer who cares about her clothing purchasing and wants to be stylish. If you are looking for “cut out” garments we are not your store!

What sets your boutique apart?

Customer Service. We love to go above and beyond, and that we can cover your look from casual to event wear.

What is your best style tip?

Be comfortable in your clothes, you’ll always feel your best that way.

What makes your day?

Seeing a customer leave with a smile on her face, knowing that she looks and feels great in her purchases.

How do you sprinkle kindness?

We love to give customers a great space to shop in, and offer coffees and bubbles so they can stay and chat. We often do gifts with purchase, and have a loyalty scheme.

Apart from your bricks and mortar store, how else do you market your goods?

Word of Mouth. We have a very loyal customer base, who know we have the style!

We also believe that visual merchandising is key, and change our store's look around regularly to be appealing and highlight new styles.

What’s the best thing to do in your location, other than shop at your store?

Findon Shopping Centre is unique in that all the businesses are small ones, no verticals, so it’s a lovely alternative than shopping at a Westfield. People travel to us for this reason.

Is there a local business you’d like to recommend, preferably a female led one, which aligns with our campaign?

We have a shoe boutique called Le Femme within the centre who we direct our customers to who are looking for the head-to-toe shopping experience.
